Networks

We study the interplay between the structure of networks and the content of the nodes. We study many issues, including:
A) Analysis of the influence of nodes’ content on the dynamic of the structure of the network, and the emergence of network’s properties.
B) Measures to correlate the observed structure and unknown features of nodes.
C) Development of algorithms to characterize real-world networks.
The analysis is based on a combination of theoretical tools and large scale measurements in observed networks, including: Wikipedia, online social blog systems and networks, IMDB network of actors, WWW networks, Neural networks , E. coli and yeast gene regulatory networks, various food webs and many others.
